Job description

We are looking for new, committed team members (m/f) for our Health Coaching department. You’ll support us in answering client questions on WhatsApp and in Theo’s community. You will also have the chance to do live client calls and actively work with Theo on his course content.

This role is for you if you don’t wanna have the struggle of running a business but still wanna be able to actively coach and help people with their chronic health issues.

You don’t have to be a health coach already in order to get this position.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Answer client questions via WhatsApp and within the community platform

  • Provide structured guidance based on existing health protocols and program materials

  • Support and later lead live group calls after internal training and approval

  • Collaborate on the development and improvement of course and program content

  • Monitor client engagement and communicate relevant feedback internally

Salary: $5,000 gross per month

Development and promotion opportunities are available over the coming years.

The typical onboarding phase lasts 2–4 months.

Job requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of Medical Medium principles and protocols

  • Confident and professional communication style

  • Strong English skills, both written and spoken

  • Able to take responsibility and follow defined frameworks

  • Disciplined, reliable, and open to continuous learning

  • Compassionate and client-oriented

  • Honest, ethical, and genuinely motivated to help others


Bonus Points (Not Required, But Appreciated):

  • Experience with CRM, AI tools, and online course platforms

  • Comfortable on camera and in live call environments

  • Technically confident and quick to learn new systems

  • Organized and detail-oriented
