Job description

We are looking for new, committed team members (m/f) for our Sales & Strategy Consulting department. You’ll support us in maintaining contact with interested individuals, pre-qualifying potential clients in an initial discovery call, and advising them strategically regarding their health goals.

No prior sales experience? Career changer?

No worries — during our onboarding period, you'll learn everything you need to succeed in this role. Prior experience in sales is not required.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting our strategy consultants in their daily operations

  • Conduct 30min discovery calls with potential new clients

  • Planning and handling the preparation and follow-up of appointments for our consultants

Salary: $4,000 gross per month

Development and promotion opportunities are available over the coming years.

The typical onboarding phase lasts 2–4 months.
